Fort Washington, PA

2x onsite a week

6 mth contract to potential hire (Ideal is contract to hire)

Product Manager/ServiceNow HRSD SPM ITOM ITIL

The ServiceNow Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for owning the product vision, roadmap, and technical strategy for one or more ServiceNow modules across the enterprise. This role requires deep, hands on experience with the ServiceNow platform and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, governed, and well-architected solutions. The TPM serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, and operations to ensure the platform delivers measurable outcomes.

HRSD, SPM are MUST HAVES. NOT a developer role.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with stakeholders to capture needs and align scope with business outcomes.
Maintain traceability from requirements to test cases and releases.
Support change management activities (communications, training, adoption).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education - Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, or similar).

Education - Preferred

Master's degree in business, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Experience - Required

7 10+ years experience across ServiceNow platform roles (admin, developer, architect, product owner/manager).
Experience supporting environments undergoing transformation, consolidation, or post acquisition integration.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience - Preferred

7-10 years in SNOW product ownership, experience leading multiple teams and managing complex UAT cycles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required

Deep, Hands On ServiceNow Expertise

Candidates should be able to demonstrate ownership or hands-on work in several of the following modules:

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)

SPM / HRSD
