Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher / UX Designer with 8+ years of experience in user experience research, UI/UX design practices, usability testing, and translating research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in corporate or B2B environments, conducting user research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights, developing UX artifacts, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and UI development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and facilitate UX research, user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder research, and other user-centered research activities.

  • Translate research and usability-test findings into actionable and prioritized UI/UX recommendations.

  • Understand user, customer, stakeholder, and business requirements and translate them into compelling user experience concepts and interaction designs.

  • Integrate user research findings into product design strategies and ongoing design practices.

  • Partner with UX/UI designers to define prototype requirements, test concepts, collect feedback, and iterate designs.

  • Create and maintain UX artifacts including journey maps, user flows, storyboards, personas, research summaries, and experience maps.

  • Document UX goals, themes, behaviors, interaction requirements, and design principles for downstream UI and development teams.

  • Develop and communicate the overall UX strategy, guiding principles, interaction patterns, and user experience recommendations.

  • Prioritize the UX research backlog based on the product roadmap, business priorities, and user needs.

  • Synthesize stakeholder and user feedback to identify patterns, opportunities, pain points, and areas for product improvement.

  • Manage multiple research and UX initiatives simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.

  • Present research insights and recommendations using strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication.


Required Skills

  • 8+ years of UX Research / User Experience experience.

  • Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, usability testing, user interviews, contextual research, and research synthesis.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, interaction design, UI design principles, and graphic design fundamentals.

  • Experience creating journey maps, storyboards, user flows, personas, prototypes, and other UX artifacts.

  • Proficiency with UI layout, wireframing, prototyping, and design tools.

  • Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative user feedback into meaningful recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply empathy and user-centered thinking when evaluating customer and stakeholder needs.

  • Strong adaptive-thinking skills and ability to work effectively in environments with evolving product requirements.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research/design expertise and clearly explaining the research and design process.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a B2B or enterprise/corporate environment.

  • Project management experience.

  • Strong data visualization and data storytelling capabilities.

  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Business, and UI/UX Design teams.
