Client is seeking ServiceNow Developers with expertise in Agentic AI and Now Assist, two of ServiceNow's most advanced AI features. Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts (autonomous, adaptive, proactive AI systems).
Experience with Now Assist (generative AI within ServiceNow for developers and end-users).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate with emerging technologies.
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
Experience in multi-agent AI systems, generative AI, or intelligent automation.
