Procurement Specialist/ Contract management (ONLY W2) - Local to Bay Area, CA

Candidates must be strong in both contract management & procurement practices.

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

• 8-10 years of experience related to procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience
• Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required
• Strong negotiation skills & proven abilities to define key terms & conditions to meet for ROI & turn negotiation points into contract language (i.e. net term, termination for convenience, etc.)
• Experience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into license requirements & convert pricing from vendors into client structure
• Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts
• Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
• Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field)
