5+ years of UI/UX experience with 3+ years of hands-on React development
Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts and frameworks
Preferred: Experience with Java, Microservices, and Full Stack development
Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Development
Design and implement comprehensive UI solutions using React
Lead and anchor the complete UI development lifecycle
Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications
Technical Leadership & Assessment
Conduct technical assessments of applications to establish foundations for architectural and functional transformation
Identify program/module structures, defects, and complexities that impede modularization, migration, refactoring, or system modifications
Develop transformation strategies and provide accurate effort and cost estimations
Stakeholder Management & Guidance
Provide strategic direction to client stakeholders and leadership on design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions
Guide architecture decisions and hands-on React development initiatives
Mentor technical leads and developers to drive successful technology transformation
Solution Architecture
Define architectural approaches for UI/UX solutions
Ensure scalable and maintainable code practices
Drive best practices in React development
Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
