The Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) will play a key role in supporting the Record to Consolidate (RTC) process, sustaining activities, and project support for Enterprise-wide and Segment-specific initiatives.
Responsibilities include supporting RTC business strategy, governance, and end-user assistance. The SFSA will also implement policies and standards, participate in system changes, provide daily support, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to project-based initiatives such as business integration and finance transformation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in large SAP installations.
Experience in a large company and matrix organization.
Minimum 3 years of expertise in financial systems and business processes.
Technical proficiency in managing smaller-scale projects, including budget and risk.
Service delivery experience with expertise in reporting and analyzing metrics.
Proficient in achieving tasks and problem-solving within SLA parameters.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently under moderate direction and supervision.
Understanding of business processes with the ability to develop and implement solutions.
Experience delivering training to end users.
Strong analytical skills and issue resolution capability.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or CMA license, or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP or another ERP, and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
Experience in implementing financial processes and systems.
Familiarity with systems managing issues, changes, and testing (e.g., Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, qTest).
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology
Preferred Education
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., MAC, MBA, MIS).
SAP and MS Suite experience needed.

A finance background is needed but this is more of a systems-based role as will be setting-up and sunsetting cost and billing elements.
