We are looking for a seasoned WACS Integration Lead – Release 3 to drive integration strategy, build, and rollout activities supporting Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Oracle Field Service (OFS), and interconnected enterprise applications within the third phase of a broader Oracle Cloud transformation initiative.
This position plays a critical role in establishing reliable system connectivity, orchestrating data exchanges, and maintaining operational continuity across asset management and field service platforms.
The Integration Lead will partner with enterprise architecture, functional SMEs, and engineering teams to ensure integration frameworks are scalable, adhere to Oracle Cloud best practices, and support operational requirements within a utility-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Integration Proficiency (Mandatory): Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), adapters, integration design patterns (event-driven, synchronoasynchronous), and Oracle Cloud ERP APIs.
- Utilities Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance execution, crew dispatch operations, and field service processes within electric, water, or gas environments.
- Integration Architecture Experience: Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions spanning real-time and batch data exchanges across enterprise platforms.
- Technical Leadership Background: Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex integrations within phased enterprise transformation programs.
- Advanced Data Mapping & Event Processing: Expertise in cross-system data transformations and event-based workflow orchestration supporting uninterrupted business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct exposure to Oracle WACS and Oracle Field Service configurations and data structures.
- Experience integrating GIS platforms (e.g., Esri) with work and asset management ecosystems.
- Participation in large-scale utility system modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of API lifecycle management, integration governance, and automated testing frameworks.
