Deltek Costpoint Developer

Position: Technical Deltek Shop Floor Time, Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense Developer

Location: Remote

Position Type: Contract to hire

Job Description:

We are looking for a developer who are experienced with Deltek Costpoint ERP, including modules like:
Shop Floor Time (labor tracking, timekeeping, manufacturing orders)
Time & Expense (timesheet and expense entry, approval workflows)
Costpoint
Familiarity with project-based accounting and government contracting environments.
Understanding of DCAA, FAR, and Cost Accounting Standards compliance

• 5 10+ years of experience in Deltek systems (Costpoint, Time & Expense, Shop Floor Time).
• Experience in supporting real-time labor tracking, biometric time capture, and Web Time Clock kiosks.
• Ability to support weekly labor and leave processing, expense reconciliation, and audit readiness.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, Spring Boot, and optionally .NET (C#/VB).
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit trails, and security protocols
• troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Time & Expense, including front-end and back-end table structures
• Familiarity with Cognos reporting, Costpoint integration, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Deltek APIs, integration tools, and custom extensions.
