Summary

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in managing Identity and Access Management projects.
Proficiency in SailPoint implementation, configuration, and integration.
Experience with Active Directory and ADP system integrations.
Experience in defining role-based provisioning and AD group mapping.
Experience with automated access auditing and compliance campaigns.
Experience in creating identity governance documentation and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint identity solutions.
Manage technical integrations between SailPoint, ADP, and Active Directory.
Define and map role-based access controls and provisioning logic.
Oversee the automation of user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Implement strategies for automated access certification and audits.
Update and maintain IAM governance policies and project documentation.
Monitor project scope and deliverable timelines for identity initiatives.
