What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, development, and implementation of innovative business solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
Oversee and mentor a team of business solutions professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the budget for the business solutions department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems, ensuring they align with business needs and enhance operational capabilities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing the development of business solutions.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new solutions and processes across the organization.

Work Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field with 15+ years of related experience.
10+ years of experience implementing vendor insurance) software at an enterprise level

10+ years of experience with software delivery, SASS, PAS

10+ years of experience with Insurity, Duck Creek, or Guidewire REQUIRED***

The target salary range for this position is $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
