Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Solution Architect / Design Lead to drive solution design, translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, and guide implementation activities across warehouse management operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Manhattan Active WM product capabilities, configuration behavior, extension concepts, retail distribution, and high-volume distribution center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design and architecture for Manhattan Active WM implementations and enhancements.

  • Understand business and warehouse operational requirements and translate them into Manhattan Active WM solution designs.

  • Evaluate Manhattan product capabilities, configuration options, and extension requirements.

  • Define design decisions and assess their downstream impact on warehouse operations and system functionality.

  • Lead fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, and design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Provide architectural guidance to configuration and extension teams.

  • Review functional and technical design documents and ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).

  • Knowledge of Manhattan ProActive and extension packs.

  • Experience with Manhattan implementations and warehouse management solutions.

  • Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.

  • Experience in configuration management and solution design.

  • Retail and high-volume distribution center experience.

  • Understanding of warehouse automation and MHE integrations.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
