Seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Specialist to support LabWare 8 upgrade and implementation activities in a GMP laboratory environment. The role involves configuration, integration, validation support, and workflow implementation for raw materials, commercial products, and laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure LabWare LIMS 8 for raw materials, commercial products, stability, and laboratory equipment workflows
Manage master data, test workflows, and instrument integrations
Support integrations with systems such as Empower and LabX
Translate GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements into compliant LIMS configurations
Support validation, traceability, and documentation activities
Troubleshoot workflow and integration issues in laboratory operations
Collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and Laboratory teams
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS / LabWare 8
Experience in GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments
Knowledge of raw material testing, commercial product testing, and lab equipment workflows
Experience with LIMS validation and requirements traceability
Experience integrating LabWare with laboratory instruments and systems
Preferred:
Experience with LabWare upgrades or large LIMS implementations
Experience supporting inspection readiness activities
