Summary

Role: Salesforce Business System Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including standard objects, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
Proven experience in Salesforce org transformation or migration projects.
Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across business and technical teams to drive outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering and optimization using out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities.
Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions.

Experience working in a high-tech, demo-driven, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment is highly preferred.
