Join our dynamic team as a QA Lead with expertise in Playwright, Pytest, and DevOps, and experience with AI tools. In this role, you will lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, managing a team of QA professionals, and leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for software projects.
  • Lead a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Playwright, Pytest, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
  • Perform manual testing to complement automated testing efforts, ensuring thorough coverage of all test scenarios.
  • Automate API testing and SQL testing to ensure database integrity and application functionality.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
  • Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve automation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Champion risk-based testing and continuous process optimization to enhance overall software quality.
  • Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on testing best practices and tools.

Requirements

<>Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with a strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Expertise in test strategy development, planning, estimation, and QA governance.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing using Playwright, Pytest, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
  • Experience in API automation, SQL testing, and CI/CD integration with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to enhance automation efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, defect reduction, and delivering quality improvements.
<>Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Oracle Ebiz Automation is a plus.
