Oracle FCCS Consultant

Experience: 5+ years in Oracle EPM, including 2+ years implementing or supporting FCCS

About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Consultant to implement, configure, and support financial consolidation and close solutions. The successful candidate will partner with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective FCCS solutions and help improve the accuracy and efficiency of the financial close.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for financial consolidation, close, and reporting.
• Configure and maintain FCCS applications, including dimensions, metadata, forms, dashboards, workflows, and security.
• Support consolidation processes such as currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership changes, and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, validations, and other application components.
• Build and support data integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud and other source systems.
• Load, validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot financial data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, resolving functional and technical issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, deployments, and production support.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support financial controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle FCCS.
• Understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.
• Experience with FCCS configuration, metadata, security, data loads, and business rules.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM tools such as Data Integration/Data Management, Smart View, and EPM Automate.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
