  • Proven experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO, AR, GL) and integrating boundary systems such as AR automation, cash application, or credit/collections platforms.
  • Handson Solution Lead / PMBA background, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and overseeing ERPaligned integrations.
  • Experience implementing or managing finance platforms (HighRadius strongly preferred or comparable tools) in coordination with vendors and internal SAP teams.
  • Strong communicator able to translate between Finance, IT, and Operations, with a track record of driving clarity and results in ambiguous, fastmoving environments.

Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven ERP and SAP Finance boundary system expertise to lead two critical finance transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly experienced PM who can operate independently while serving as a Solution Lead and handson Business Analyst, driving alignment across Finance, IT, and Operations.

The successful candidate will bring deep understanding of SAP Finance environments (FI/CO, AR, GL, etc.) and their integration with boundary systems, and will leverage that expertise to lead a HighRadius implementation and a reverselogistics disposition reporting initiative aimed at reducing waste across distribution centers and improving financial and operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend delivery of two concurrent finance transformation projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Act as Solution Lead within a broader ERP / SAP Finance ecosystem, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to define requirements, solution design, and integration points with SAP.
• Serve as a handson Business Analyst, responsible for:
• Process mapping (currentstate and futurestate)
• Functional requirements and user stories
• Acceptance criteria and data validation
• SAP touchpoints and downstream impacts
• Drive the implementation of HighRadius as a finance boundary system, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Finance modules (e.g., AR, GL, Cash Application, Credit & Collections).
• Lead a reverselogistics disposition reporting initiative, including:
• Translating operational processes into financial and ERP reporting requirements
• Defining data sources, flows, and integration needs across SAP and ancillary systems
• Designing reporting and analytics to reduce waste and improve decisionmaking in distribution centers
• Coordinate and manage ERP integration efforts, including vendor teams, internal SAP SMEs, and technical resources.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, stakeholder updates, and steering committee meetings with clear, executivelevel communication.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to ERP integrations and finance systems; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
• Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting adhere to enterprise PMO and ERP standards.
• Support change management, training readiness, and user adoption, particularly in SAPadjacent finance processes.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively driving decisions, clarity, and momentum in complex ERP environments.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7 10+ years of Senior Project Management experience, leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives in ERPenabled environments.
• Proven experience working within SAP Finance ecosystems, including handson delivery involving SAP FI/CO and integrated boundary systems.
• Demonstrated success as a Solution Lead or hybrid PM/BA on finance transformation or ERPadjacent initiatives.
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements definition, process design, documentation, and testing support.
• Direct experience implementing or integrating finance boundary systems (e.g., AR automation, cash application, credit/collections, reporting platforms) with core ERP/SAP systems.
• HighRadius implementation experience is strongly preferred; experience with similar finance platforms considered for highly adaptable candidates.
• Experience supporting supply chain, distribution, or reverselogistics processes within an ERP environment is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of financial data flows, SAP integration points, and reporting dependencies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical/SAP teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Vendor and system integrator management experience.
