Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables while maintaining project governance and compliance.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive communications to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in project management office support, project coordination, project reporting, governance, and enterprise project delivery.

|
Technical Skills
|
Project Management, Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Project Reporting, Risk & Issue Management, Portfolio Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise PMO operations and large-scale project portfolios.
- Professional project management certification or equivalent PMO experience.
