Job Description:

• This role is responsible for turning customer traffic into commercial results by improving product discovery, assortment presentation, site merchandising, conversion, and the overall shopping experience.
• The ideal candidate combines strong merchant instincts with analytical thinking and hands-on execution. They understand how customers shop online, know how to use data to identify opportunities, and can translate those insights into merchandising actions that improve business performance.
• This is not simply a site operations role. The Senior eCommerce Merchandiser will help determine what customers see, how they Client products, how products are presented, and how the digital experience supports business priorities.

Requirement:

Required

• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a DTC, retail, consumer products, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, outdoor, eyewear, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising and the digital customer journey.
• Hands-on experience with PLP, PDP, navigation, search, categorization, product discovery, and onsite merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect customer and site performance data to commercial actions.
• Experience using metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue, product performance, category performance, and engagement to make merchandising decisions.
• Experience supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and testing principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies across eCommerce, Marketing, Creative, Product, Inventory, UX, Technology, and Analytics.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise eCommerce platform.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI preferred.
• Experience working with complex, cross-functional digital initiatives across Product, Marketing, Creative, Inventory/Planning, Analytics, and Technology.
• Experience with onsite search and search merchandising platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing or CRO platforms.
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as ContentSquare, Quantum Metric, or other.
• Experience with CMS, PIM, or product content platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and its relationship to product discovery.
• Experience working with premium, performance, technical, or lifestyle products.
