Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Lead to join our team on a long-term remote contract. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of Oracle EPM experience with deep expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to lead end-to-end FCCS initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS
• Expertise in Financial Consolidation & Close processes
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Smart View, and Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration)
• Experience in FCCS implementation, configuration, enhancements, and production support
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating FCCS with Oracle ERP or other enterprise applications
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus
• Experience leading offshore/onshore teams and client interactions
