Summary
Senior Informatica MDM & Data Governance Analyst
Hybrid in Austin, Texas - onsite Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
The consultant will support data engineering and data governance initiatives for HHSC’s SHARP program. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Informatica’s data management platform, including MDM, data quality, governance, cataloging and cloud integration tools.
This role requires a senior-level professional who can establish and manage enterprise master and reference data, implement data-quality rules and work independently with large, complex data environments. Experience with Snowflake, healthcare or public health data, Texas state agencies and Python automation is highly desirable.
Years | Required/Preferred | Skills/Experience |
10 | Required | Experience using Informatica tools, including PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer 360, Supplier 360 and Entity 360. |
10 | Required | Experience establishing master data and reference data for large organizations. Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred. |
10 | Required | Experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality. |
4 | Preferred | Experience working with enterprise-scale data sets in Snowflake. |
4 | Preferred | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted. A master’s degree or six or more years of experience is preferred. |
2 | Preferred | Experience in healthcare or public health. |
2 | Preferred | Experience at a state agency. |
2 | Preferred | Experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs. |
