  • Coordinate directly with the General Contractor (GC), owner representatives, and other trade partners to support field operations.
  • Interface regularly with the Operations Manager to align manpower and resource planning with project needs.
  • Prepare and submit submittals, RFIs, and assist with document control tasks as needed.
Safety & Quality Control
  • Actively participate in project safety programs, including:
    • Completing and reviewing Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA) forms.
    • Performing and documenting Safety Audits and Equipment Inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with project-specific safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
  • Support the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program:
    • Verify correct installation of embedded items, concrete finishes, formwork, and rebar per specifications.
    • Conduct and document quality control checks with field teams and QA personnel.
Planning & Scheduling
  • Participate in project sequencing meetings, pull planning sessions, and schedule updates.
  • Assist with development and tracking of three-week lookahead schedules and short-term planning tools.
Hands-On Field Work
