Summary
Title : IT Support specialist
Location : Bland, VA
Client : Hitachi
Payrate : Max $27 on 1099
Business Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- 1 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and remote support tools.
