DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work with one of our direct clients in Seattle, WA.

Title: Senior Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Mandatory:

Extensive experience managing large-scale IT modernization projects as a senior PM (preferably $10M+ multi-vendor programs)
Expertise in Agile project management and coordinating cross-functional sprint execution for complex enterprise systems
Proven ability to manage integrated schedules, project budgets, risks, interdependence, and escalations
Strong vendor and contract management experience, including oversight of major systems integrators and SaaS/CRM vendors
Demonstrated ability to work across IT, business operations, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive reporting skills.

Desirable:

Certification in Project Management (Project Management Institute preferred)
Certification or training in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
Experience working with statewide oversight bodies such as WaTech and OFM, including gated reviews and technology budget submissions
Experience with enterprise CRM systems and customer-facing ticketing/reservation systems
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog management, acceptance criteria, reporting, and traceability
Experience with RFP and procurement development for complex technology replacement efforts.
