Job Summary

We are seeking a Business-Facing Adobe Workfront Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront for enterprise project and work management.

This role will work closely with marketing, operations, PMO, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Workfront solutions. The consultant will focus on process design, workflow configuration, reporting, and user adoption to improve operational efficiency and project visibility.

The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and Workfront platform expertise, with experience enabling business teams to manage work effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand current project management workflows and challenges

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements

• Document current-state and future-state processes

• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements

Workfront Configuration

• Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront components including:

  • Project templates

  • Request queues

  • Custom forms and fields

  • Approval workflows

  • Task assignments and dependencies

• Implement best practices for project and portfolio management within Workfront

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams

• Provide recommendations on how Workfront can support business goals

• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations effectively

Reporting & Dashboards

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and teams

• Monitor key performance indicators such as project status, resource utilization, and delivery timelines

• Provide insights to improve operational performance

Training & Adoption

• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions

• Support onboarding of new Workfront users

• Promote best practices and drive adoption across teams

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate existing Workfront configurations and recommend improvements

• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization initiatives

• Stay current with new Adobe Workfront features and capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field

• 3–6+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront

• Experience working with business stakeholders and project management teams

• Strong understanding of project and work management processes

• Experience configuring Workfront components such as:

  • Project templates

  • Custom forms

  • Workflows

  • Request queues

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Certification

• Experience working in marketing operations or PMO environments

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools

• Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies
