Job Description

At Cantor Fitzgerald Technology Markets LLC, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our AI Transformation team. This role is integral to our mission of modernizing Shared Services by leveraging process optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions. As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will identify transformation opportunities, shape use cases, and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly adaptable professional with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

Partner with Shared Services stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Shape use cases for AI, automation, and process transformation, aligning with business priorities.
Gather, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Support the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
Drive process mapping, optimization, and reengineering to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to both business and technical teams.
Support change management initiatives for the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
Quickly learn new business domains and contribute flexibly to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role with a strong business focus.
Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in business process mapping and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a talent for stakeholder management.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
Experience in financial services is preferred.
Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technologies is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and quickly learn new business domains.

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 Base Salary
