Must Have Qualifications: 2+ years of General Cloud experience, Scripting, and HashiCorp Vault. 

Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for providing customer support for critical Enterprise tools such as
Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager etc.
• Provide on-call support on a periodic basis and participate in troubleshooting session
with application teams.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative
technical solutions and strategies
• Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client
relationships
Basic Requirements
• 2-5 years’ experience in cloud SRE activities, such as capacity management, monitoring,
core services integrations for AWS.
• Hands-on and demonstrable experience with AWS management tools – AWS Config,
Cloudtrail, Cloudwatch, Systems Manager, CloudFormation.
• Experience with scripting tools to automate routine operation tasks.
• Experience in championing change and effectively managing project/program
implementation
• Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs

Preferred Skills
• Experience with scripting languages – javascript, perl, python, shell scripting
• General understanding of key IT components – LDAP, Networking, firewall, load
balancing, Federated Identity
• Exposure to varied operating systems – UNIX, Linux, Windows
• Articulates technical concepts using easily understandable business language
