Job Title: iOS Lead Developer  

Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)

Rate: $45/hr on W2

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer Lead for a backfill position based in Dallas, TX.

Required Skills:

·         Strong hands-on experience in iOS application development.

·         Solid understanding of mobile application architecture.

·         Experience working across frontend, backend, and database integration.

·         Strong application development experience with the ability to lead technical design and implementation.

·         Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers.

Must-Have:

·         Excellent communication skills – this is a client-facing role, and the candidate must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and technical teams.

·         Leadership experience with the ability to drive discussions and provide technical guidance.

Additional Project Insights:

·         This is expected to become a long-term strategic program.

·         The immediate need is for an iOS Developer Lead, but the long-term roadmap involves migrating the existing iOS application to React Native.

·         The React Native application will be built from scratch (greenfield development) rather than simply converting the existing iOS codebase.
