O9 Functional Lead
Location: Menlo Park, CA Hybrid
Travel: Biweekly travel; candidate must be onsite at the client location for 2 days

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced O9 Functional Lead to support and lead additional scope across Postponement and MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional activities for O9 Postponement and MEIO implementations.
- Provide extended hypercare support for the Postponement go-live and ensure stable production operations.
- Partner with business and technical teams on requirements, solution design, testing, and issue resolution.
- Drive MEIO design and implementation as part of the EP COE-led initiative.
- Manage concurrent workstreams while maintaining production stability and project timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide functional guidance throughout implementation and testing.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, preferably Postponement and MEIO.
Experience in supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and demand/supply planning.
Strong functional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with go-live, hypercare, testing, and production support.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel to Menlo Park biweekly
