Full Stack Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our team and play a key role in architecting and building the next generation of our AI-powered insurance platform. The ideal candidate will work across the stack, designing modern web applications, scalable microservices, integrations, and APIs to enhance user experiences and streamline insurance workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Architect AI-powered systems to automate and innovate insurance solutions
  • Develop Java-based microservices using Spring framework
  • Integrate with other insurance systems and provide APIs for frontend applications
  • Design scalable frontend architecture with modular components
  • Develop enterprise web applications using modern technologies like Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
  • Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health
  • Participate in data engineering tasks such as data migration and ETL processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Document solution architecture and design considerations

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience building enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Experience with Java and Spring tech stack (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring AI)
  • Proficiency in React (preferred), Vue, or Svelte for frontend development
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases
  • Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and integrating AI capabilities into applications
  • Experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of caching mechanisms and observability tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Next.js framework and server-side rendering concepts
  • Knowledge of state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, Context API
  • Experience with vector databases and cloud deployment services
  • Understanding of message queues and event-driven architecture
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks and performance optimization
  • Previous experience in Insurtech or Fintech domains
  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments
