Enterprise Architect(Lead-Camunda+Integration)
Key Responsibilities
• Define the target architecture for enterprise workflow orchestration using Camunda 8
• Lead architecture decisions for process automation, workflow decomposition, service orchestration, and event-driven interactions
• Establish architecture principles, standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns for Camunda-based implementations
• Ensure alignment between business process architecture, application architecture, and integration architecture
Provide architecture oversight for BPMN workflow design, DMN decision services, human workflow orchestration, and long-running process automation Review and approve Camunda design artifacts, solution blueprints, and deployment patterns Design and govern enterprise integration across APIs, middleware, eventing, messaging, and backend systems Define integration patterns for REST, Kafka, MQ, file-based interfaces, and asynchronous service orchestration
• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on Kubernetes / OpenShift / AWS EKS / cloud-native deployment architecture
• Review Zeebe broker sizing, partitioning, HA setup, and environment topology
• Establish standards for logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting, and platform operations
Drive alignment across business analysts, integration architects, process architects, developers, and infrastructure teams Work with business and IT leadership to translate transformation objectives into scalable architecture roadmaps
Required Skill
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or platform architecture
• Deep knowledge of Camunda 8, including workflow orchestration principles
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based design
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes-based deployment models
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in enterprise modernization, BPM/workflow transformation, or legacy-to-modern orchestration migration
• Experience defining enterprise standards, reference architecture, and reusable frameworks
• Strong knowledge of non-functional architecture including HA, scalability, resiliency, observability, and security
• Experience in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership
