Translate business needs into a technical spec or business spec
Review proof-of-concept ideas and digest technical explanations without being fooled by them
Operate with about 80% implementer mindset and 20% product management mindset
Client tends to think in a more old-school “project manager” framework, and they want to shift that toward a more product-management-oriented way of working.
