Job Title: OCTO ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM, ITAM, change management, and other IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and data models.

Provide technical leadership and enterprise architecture guidance.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.

Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers.

Optimize platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance.

Develop IT roadmaps, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and standards.

Required Skills:

20+ years of IT experience; Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.

9+ years of IT Systems Roadmap Development and Enterprise Architecture experience.

9+ years of experience with system diagramming and modeling (UML).

6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.

5+ years of ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.

5+ years of experience architecting and implementing complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core components.

ServiceNow CTA and CIS certifications are highly desired.
