Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong technology understanding, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities to manage crossfunctional teams, drive project execution, and deliver highimpact software initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep analytical ability, problemsolving strength, and experience working closely with development, product, and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Conduct daily standups with development teams to track progress, identify blockers, and drive issue resolution.
• Lead crossfunctional teams and guide them toward achieving project goals and delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, refine priorities, and align on expectations.
• Communicate complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner to nontechnical stakeholders.

Planning & Execution

• Analyze performance metrics, project data, and outcomes to adjust timelines, strategies, and sprint plans.
• Own backlog refinement and prioritize product backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.

Decision Support & Problem Solving

• Use analytical skills to interpret data and make informed project decisions.
• Identify gaps, risks, and challenges and craft innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

Continuous Improvement

• Ensure documentation, project tracking, and reporting are up to date.
• Contribute to improving processes, delivery frameworks, and project execution efficiency.
