Need - Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant – AR/GL & RMCS

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and O2C processes and experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations, integrations, testing, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials, with primary focus on AR, GL, RMCS, and O2C-related Finance processes.
• Support and stabilize Oracle Cloud Finance environments following implementation and production rollout, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause identification, and functional resolution.
• Configure and support Receivables transaction types, invoice processing, receipts, accounting, and Finance-related business processes.
• Design and support RMCS revenue recognition solutions, including contract identification, standalone selling prices, pricing dimensions, performance obligations, revenue allocation, and earned/deferred revenue accounting.
• Ensure appropriate accounting flows and reconciliation between Order Management, Receivables, RMCS, and General Ledger.
• Work with business teams to understand existing processes, identify gaps, and define AS-IS / TO-BE processes and functional solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production stabilization activities.
• Work closely with technical and integration teams on OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and other Oracle Cloud integrations supporting Finance and O2C processes.
• Analyze functional issues across integrated Oracle Cloud modules and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, user stories, and implementation/support documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, SCM, CX, IT, and business stakeholders across global implementations and transformation programs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance Finance processes, revenue accounting, integrations, controls, and system usability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly AR and GL.
• Strong functional experience with Oracle RMCS / Revenue Management and revenue recognition.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and integration of OM, AR, RMCS, and GL.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, testing, production support, and stabilization.
• Strong understanding of Finance accounting flows and the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience working across integrated Finance and SCM environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, defect management, and post-go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
