Position OverviewWe are seeking a Deployment Technician to support enterprise-wide endpoint deployment, imaging, asset management, and end-user technology rollouts. This individual will play a key role in preparing, configuring, deploying, and supporting desktop and laptop devices while ensuring a seamless experience for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with device imaging technologies, Windows operating systems, and asset tracking processes in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, image, deploy, and refresh desktop and laptop hardware in accordance with company standards.
- Utilize deployment tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot to provision and manage endpoint devices.
- Perform device migrations, workstation replacements, and hardware refresh projects.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and standard enterprise applications.
- Track and manage IT assets through asset management systems, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Document device deployments, asset assignments, and project updates within ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms.
- Provide end-user support during deployments, including setup, data migration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues related to deployed devices.
- Maintain deployment schedules and coordinate with business stakeholders to minimize user disruption.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and endpoint standards.
- Support large-scale technology rollouts, office moves, and equipment lifecycle initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployment processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, endpoint deployment, or a related IT support role.
- Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and/or Windows Autopilot.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications.
- Experience working with asset management and inventory tracking systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deployment tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience using ServiceNow for asset management and ticket tracking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and endpoint management best practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale hardware refresh or migration projects.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and endpoint security tools.
- Experience working in enterprise or corporate IT environments.
Experience- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting endpoint deployment, desktop support, or field services.
- Proven experience with device provisioning, asset management, and end-user support during technology rollouts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
