Product Manager
Description for Internal Candidates
We re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our team and help build exceptional digital products that delight users and drive business growth. You ll be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating cross-functionally to define product vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
As a Product Manager, you will serve as the voice of the customer and the bridge between stakeholders, design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
Translate product vision into clear, actionable goals and initiatives.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Execution & Delivery:
Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and data teams to drive timely delivery of features.
Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles.
User & Stakeholder Engagement:
Gather and synthesize user feedback via interviews, surveys, support data, and analytics.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-centric features and flows.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, support, leadership).
Analytics & Optimization:
Define product success metrics and use data to measure and optimize performance.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose data-driven iterations.
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.
Required Skills & Tools:
Core Skills:
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to translate complex business problems into product solutions.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tools & Technologies:
Project Management: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
Product Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Google Docs
Wireframing: Figma, Miro, Balsamiq (basic UX knowledge expected)
Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar
Prototyping & Feedback: Figma, InVision, Maze, UserTesting
Qualifications:
3 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus)
Demonstrated success in launching products or features that met KPIs or drove business impact
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum environments
This is a FTE position with Photon, Cannot do C2C, C2H or 1099, Onsite location New
