Length of contract: 1 year + extensions

Location: Rensselaer, NY Onsite

Work Schedule: M-F, 9-5

Project Details: This position will primarily be supporting the OT (Operational Technology) Segmentation project occurring at the Rensselaer site. This is a collaboration between Corp and IOPS IT. Strong experience in segmentation and Palo Alto firewall security policies is required as well as familiarity with the Purdue model/ISA-95 framework used in manufacturing facilities for network security and segmentation.

Skills/duties include:

• Expertise with Cisco components.
  • Cisco route and switch certifications
• Expertise with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Familiarity with Purdue/ISA95 Operational
• Technology (OT) network design framework.
• Requirements gathering across OT and IT application teams.
• Network component design, configuration, and implementation to support the Purdue / Golden Design OT network framework.
• Familiarity with working in an environment with regulatory requirements.
• Build out iDMZ between OT and IT networks.
• Segregate new Active Directory forest alongside iDMZ implementation.
• Implement additional boundary protections between Purdue levels within the OT network.
• Review traffic, provide connectivity options to achieve operational objectives, and implement technical and administrative controls to prevent cross-domain connections.
• Migrating existing OT devices and servers to new segmented networks.
• Network documentation.
