Oracle DMC Functional and Technical Contractor

Job Desciption:
• Implement & support Oracle Cloud - S&OP and DM with CTO solution to support integrated business planning processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud S&OP and Demand Management is required, including end-to-end plan configuration and setup, planning parameters, forecast and demand planning configurations, S&OP processes, data integration, plan execution, output analysis, and troubleshooting of planning issues.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and sales functions to gather requirements and drive planning process improvements.
• Optimize integration between demand and supply planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecast accuracy and develop robust scenario modeling.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports within Oracle Cloud.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to promote effective system adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to planning and forecasting systems.
• Assist in data migration, integration with other Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing), and system performance tuning.
