STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
Transit/Rail Engineering Intern to join ourteam. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months and can work full-time.
Responsibilities:- Utilize Microstation and AutoCAD to assist in design rail alignments, drainage systems, and grading and other infrastructure.
- Participate in variety of planning, design and construction projects.
- Support development of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Assist in developing technical design reports, calculations, and memos
- Periodically perform field inspections.
- Perform research in support of developing design solutions.
Required:- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited University or NCEES equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.

$45,675.00 - $51,903.00
