* Executes the creation, development, documentation, testing, implementation of advanced database solutions and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes while following best practices and improving processes across teams. * Translates business requirements into technical solutions, as well as the planning and implementation of business projects while collaborating with other technical and non-technical colleagues. * Performs advanced data maintenance and administration tasks including research, identification, and coordinating the resolution of data issues. About where this team is at: Replacing Trillium with Informatica for MDM and data cataloging. Building a unified organizational golden record. Strengthening governance frameworks across analytics. Leveraging Relational Junction for Salesforce data flows; however, this falls outside their core data engineering strategy. Some Salesforce ETL handled through Informatica due to shared licensing across the company. On Snowflake, pipelines are built using DBT + Data Factory. Exploring Salesforce Data Cloud for native integrations. Supporting Adaptive and migrating off Essbase cubes ("S-space cubes"). From a Fabric perspective, Power BI is a potential long-term replacement for cube dependencies (Workday does not support the legacy cube technology). Strengthening enterprise reporting through Power BI + Snowflake. New policy administration tool is being built with a Snowflake backend; data is copied directly into Snowflake.

Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable data solutions in Azure cloud and hybrid environments. Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and consistency across environments. Support logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting of database-related performance issues. 1. The pay range for this position is $93000.00 - $116000.00/yr.
