Pay Range: $80 - $83/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching employees.
- Achieve marketing operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, preparing action plans, and implementing quality standards.
- Meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
- Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements and defining market trends.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Provide insights by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Coordinate program tracking and status reporting to ensure alignment across teams.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
- Experience with program tracking tools and status reporting methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional coordination in marketing.
