Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong State Integrated Eligibility (IE) functional testing background to support project. The Test Lead will manage a team of 68 testers , oversee end-to-end functional testing activities, and ensure high-quality delivery across eligibility and benefits systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall testing experience, with strong functional testing focus
• 3+ years as a Test Lead managing teams of 68 testers
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems
• Ensure coverage across IE programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care
• Strong understanding of eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integration
• Experience working on state government / public sector projects
• Expertise in SDLC and STLC, including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
