American Residential Services (ARS) is the largest provider of residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services in the U.S., serving customers for over 45 years. We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Manager / Supervisor to oversee quality, compliance, and electrical operations across the Durham and Greensboro markets.

Responsibilities:
This is a leadership role responsible for inspecting work, ensuring code compliance, and supporting field operations while holding and qualifying the company s electrical license.
What You ll Do- Oversee and inspect residential electrical work across Durham, Greensboro, and surrounding areas
- Ensure all installations meet local and state electrical codes
- Serve as the qualifying license holder for the company
- Support HVAC and plumbing teams with electrical compliance and installations
- Provide guidance and leadership to technicians in the field
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Requirements- Must hold a Limited or Unlimited Electrical License (required)
- Must reside within the Durham / Greensboro market
- Willing to place license with the company full-time
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and codes
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or inspection experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel locally between markets
