About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Integration & Architecture for a Greenfield manufacturing facility project, who will be the site team liaison to between IT and business cross functional teams to ensure the quality delivery of 40+ digital capabilities for new site from architecture and integration execution & delivery perspective. This is a dual role to manage the overall architecture work stream and oversee the end to end integration work stream.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with matrix of cross functional architects, technical product owners and business process owners to develop/document end to end architecture artifacts.
Develop various architecture artifacts to develop the evolution of the end end architecture. Deliver architecture artifacts by key business milestones.
Lead and manage the Integration & Architecture work stream. Develop deliverable backlog, project plan, maintain decision logs, identify/document risks for Integration & Architecture .
Architect and design alternative options to mitigate timeline and other risk, for interim solutions, and influence key IT leaders and business partners.
Manage the work of other architects (solution architect, technical architect and product architects).
Periodically report progress and help PMs and PMOs to build integrated project plans
Drive architectural decisions that support reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key E2E Architecture Artifacts includes
Business capabilities and business mapping
E2e data flow and technical flow (simplified & detailed), including cybersecurity and infrastructure perspectives.
Ecosystem and landscape diagrams to support various parallel testing cycles.
Organize all project architecture artifacts in single easy to access location.
Lead integration execution across work streams, ensure teams are prepared for the execution phase. Develop checklist to ensure work streams are ready integration phase.
Ensure integration solutions comply with client security, governance, and quality standards.
Ensure integration architecture remains consistent throughout the project lifecycle, and complies with EA standards and reference archeicture.
Contribute towards developing/shaping/optimizing reference architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture or related roles.
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
Experience with GxP and SDLC and regulated pharmaceuticals industry
Familiarity with ISA95 architecture models or IT/OT integration frameworks.
Broad experience in some of these major systems related to manufacturing IT/OT systems: SCADA, PLC, DeltaV, PAT-SynTQ, Alarm Management System, Aveva PI, PAS-X, LIMS, QMS, S/4HANA, AI/ML/GenAI, Visual Factory, Digital Twin, Control Tower and other custom developed products.
Familiarity with some the key concepts in IT/OT infrastructure including, cloud and Cybersecurity products.
Familiarity with some the key integration concepts like Event Driven, Broker, iDOC, APIs, MQTT, Kafka, SAP BTP, Highbyte, HiveMQ, Webmethods.
MES concepts and manufacturing ecosystem integrations
Enterprise and shopfloor systems such as SCADA, historians, QMS/LIMS
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a customerfacing, onsite environment.
Ability to develop complex and drill down diagrams in draw.io (confluence).
Ability simplify the complex problems to communicate to senior leaders.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to influence decisions across business and technical groups.
Organized, detailoriented, and effective in complex environments.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Enterprise architecture methodology knowledge (TOGAF or similar), and familiarity with tools like LeanIX and SAxpress is a plus.
