Salary: $118,000 - $155,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + Performance Bonus + relocation + Vehicle

About the Company: A well-established independent service provider is continuing to grow its oncology engineering team across New England. The organization delivers specialized service and maintenance solutions for advanced radiation therapy systems, helping healthcare facilities maintain maximum uptime and clinical reliability.

Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing Varian Linear Accelerators across Western Massachusetts and surrounding areas. This field-based role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and system calibrations. You will support multiple hospital sites, ensure compliance with performance standards, and maintain accurate service documentation.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience servicing Varian Linear Accelerators
Strong background in electronics or electro-mechanical engineering
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex Varian system issues
Experience using OEM diagnostic tools and interpreting technical schematics
Willingness to travel regionally throughout Western Massachusetts
