Key Responsibilities
Guide application and platform teams in adopting standardized patterns for Kafka, Flink, CI/CD security, schema governance, microservices, and secure streaming delivery
Define enterprise streaming patterns, reference architectures, standards, and reusable solutions
Design secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, and Nexus
Implement and manage Kafka security configurations including SSL/mTLS and SASL/OAUTHBEARER
Troubleshoot consumer lag, serialization failures, state-store issues, rebalancing, replication delays, and performance bottlenecks
Apply enterprise vulnerability management and secure coding practices
Support POAM-aligned remediation workflows
Design secure microservices
Create enterprise documentation, technical standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration
