Principal Full Stack Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Principal Full Stack Engineer in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance front-end features using Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
* Build end-to-end application workflows connecting UI, Python APIs, and Snowflake
* Design, write, and optimize Snowflake SQL for performance and reliability
* Collaborate with data and analytics teams to support reporting and application insights
* Contribute to backend development and API integration using Python
* Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality engineering practices
* Support testing, debugging, and reliable deployment processes
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related field
* Strong Python experience (APIs, services, multithreading)
* Production experience with Angular
* Hands-on Snowflake experience (SQL, tables, views, roles, warehouses)
* Strong SQL skills, including analytical functions and large datasets
* Experience building end-to-end UI, API, and data warehouse workflows
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
