Position: Technical Lead JD (D365 SCM)

Location: Remote

Technical Lead owns solution architecture, technical delivery, and integration landscape for CDPH SCM solution.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for:
- D365 SCM
- Power Platform
- Integration layer
Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance
D365 SCM Implementation
- Design and oversee:
  - Warehouse Management
  - Inventory
  - Order Management
- Ensure OOTB-first approach + minimal customization
Integration experience
- HAMRRS
- FedEx
- Salesforce
- FDA / EPCIS
Lead implementation using:
- Azure API Management
- MuleSoft
Lead DSCSA implementation:
- EPCIS
- TI/TS
- Traceability
Design barcode-driven workflows

Development experience

X++ development
Power Platform extensions and Code quality
Awareness - CI/CD governance

Testing & Deployment

Lead:
- SIT / UAT / Performance testing
Oversee:
- Release management
- Environment setup (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)

Experience Requirements

12 16+ years IT experience
8+ years D365 / ERP
3 5 years in Technical Lead role
Strong SCM + integration background

Core Skills

D365 SCM (WMS, Inventory, Orders)
Azure Integration (APIM, Logic Apps)
MuleSoft
X++, .NET
Power Platform
DSCSA / compliance
