The Work

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced FPGA Designer to join our Mission Systems team. In this role, you will play a key part in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. You?ll lead efforts to ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work, ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting overall organizational process compliance, including management of the FPGA Development Process.

FPGA development activities and providing technical guidance.

Ensuring the technical integrity and completeness of deliverables.

Managing customer interfaces and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Leveraging Digital Transformation tools to enhance development processes.

Please note:

This position is located in Owego, NY.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level.

Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree in Electrical, Computer, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years or more of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
? Experience with designing / developing /
integrating FPGA subsystems.
? Experience with process reviews, audits and
compliance.
? Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to at least the Secret level.
