Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT infrastructure and network implementation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing network facility buildouts, coordinating multi-workstream projects, and driving successful delivery across technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and installation planning for enterprise network technologies within a new facility environment.
• Manage projects within a program management setting supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans involving operational, technical, regulatory, and logistical coordination.
• Successfully plan, organize, and motivate cross-functional project teams throughout all project phases.
• Support facility transition and relocation planning activities.
• Coordinate with IT leadership, technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support network solution reviews, approvals, and Bill of Materials (BOM) development activities.
• Oversee requirements gathering and review processes with network and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure teams remain accountable for deliverables and assist in removing project roadblocks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including executive leadership, business management, sponsors, and technical leadership teams.
• Lead project scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimation, and planning activities.
• Define project goals aligned with organizational technology strategies and objectives.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
• Facilitate resolution of technical and operational issues.
• Collaborate with business owners and deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Drive project delivery through the complete project lifecycle including procurement, planning, resource allocation, risk management, execution, and operational transition.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project governance and management standards.
• Provide project reporting, status updates, and documentation as required.
• Perform additional project management responsibilities as assigned.
